Magnimore Plus combines three forms of magnesium: magnesium N-acetyltaurinate, magnesium malate and magnesium bisglycinate.
Each Magnimore Plus tablet provides 105 mg of elemental magnesium, equivalent to 28% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Two tablets provide 210 mg, equivalent to 56% NRV. This is the amount of magnesium itself, rather than the combined weight of the magnesium compounds.
