Delivery information

Orders received before 11am UK time on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders received at or after 11am are dispatched the next working day. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery aim of 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. This is not a guaranteed 48-hour service. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50. Other charges are shown before payment.

We send tracking details after dispatch. Some postcode exceptions may apply.

Delays or problems

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email info@tabhealthcare.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. See Returns and cancellations for your rights and return instructions.
