TabHealthcare is run by three people across two countries. Sabire Djamgoz founded and runs the UK side of the business. The formulation and manufacturing side is led by Dr Elif Pahsa, a practising functional medicine doctor and recognised expert in magnesium, and her husband Aytekin Pahsa, who co-founded Tab Ilac with her in 2011 and runs the GMP-certified facility where every TabHealthcare product is made.
Every TabHealthcare supplement is formulated by Dr Pahsa, manufactured at Tab Ilac under Aytekin Pahsa's direction, and brought to the UK market by Sabire.
Sabire is the UK founder of TabHealthcare and the day-to-day point of contact for UK customers. Her professional background covers psychology, business and the natural sciences. She trained as a psychotherapist, worked as a trainer for MacMillan, served as HR director at a multinational, and ran a chain of flower shops in the UK.
She holds a degree in organic chemistry and continues to read in the field. Her husband, Professor Mustafa Djamgoz, is Professor of Cancer Biology at Imperial College London, which gives her ongoing access to scientific literature and a researcher to discuss it with.
Dr Elif Pahsa is a medical doctor practising functional medicine, which combines conventional medical practice with the use of food supplements and nutraceuticals.
She is a recognised expert in magnesium, has authored a bestselling book on the subject currently being translated into English, and has spent years studying how supplement ingredients work in combination.
Dr Pahsa co-founded Tab Ilac with her husband Aytekin Pahsa in 2011, and leads the scientific formulation work behind every TabHealthcare product.
Aytekin Pahsa has spent decades in the nutraceutical industry and co-founded Tab Ilac with his wife Dr Elif Pahsa in 2011. He has led the growth of the manufacturing facility and its product range over the past decade, with a focus on sourcing patented, highly bioavailable raw materials from established suppliers with recognised certifications.
Tab Ilac's facility is GMP-certified and produces every supplement TabHealthcare sells in the UK.
