FAQ

Magnimore plus contains 3 different magnesium vectors. 2 of them namely Magnesium N-acetyltaurinate (ATA Mg® www.atamg.com) and Magnesium bisglycinate while carrying magnesium to our brain effectively, the other, magnesium malate, supports the balancing of metabolism and energy increase in tissues by transporting magnesium in our muscles, heart and other body tissues.

Therefore, Magnimore plus tablet increases magnesium both in the brain and in all body organs, causing muscle cramps, hypertension, insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, chronic inflammation diseases, migraine-induced or non-migraine non-specific headaches, general body pains, which are the main signs of magnesium deficiency. It is beneficial in the healing of many conditions that I have not yet counted. Therefore, the improvement of your Thyroid and insulin resistance is not a coincidence 😊 The benefit it gives in migraine is thanks to ATA Mg®, a unique molecule that can transport magnesium to the brain in an effective and high amount, calm the brain, improve the repair of brain cells and sleep quality.

I have been a migraine sufferer since the age of 19 but after I had Covid and became a Long Covid patient my migraines were chronic and unbearable.

I came across Magnimore Plus and my life changed

I would like to ask Dr Elif Pahsa who practices functional medicine and Co owns Tab Ilac who manufactures Magnimore Plus some questions about the product.

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets 2 hours after breakfast.

Ideally, we recommend it to be taken on a partially-empty stomach for optimal absorption.

It can be taken daily indefinitely so long as no contraindications are present. Such as renal insufficiency (advanced stage chronic kidney disease), myasthenia gravis etc. These patients need to be closely monitored.

Absolutely. Magnimore Plus contains highly-bioavailable ingredients therefore no competition with other food supplements is expected.

However, a class of drugs used for the management of osteoporosis called biphosphonates should be taken apart from magnesium supplements.
Patients receiving bisphosphonates should take supplemental magnesium separately as it can interfere with the drug’s absorption. (Magnesium should be taken at least 1 hour after taking oral biphosphonates).
